Charters

OC Transpo has the largest fleet of buses at your disposal to transport groups of any size for conventions, conferences, sightseeing or entertainment.

Charter services are not available Monday to Friday between 6 am and 10 am, and from 2:30 pm to 7 pm.

Vehicle features

For your comfort, our buses are air-conditioned. Accessible buses can accommodate a limited number of wheelchairs, or can lower the front of the bus to curb level. For your convenience, our buses are equipped with public announcement systems.

Rates

All bus types

Three hours or less costs $615.00 plus HST.

Each additional hour (consecutive) costs $205.00 plus HST.

Advance notice 

A two-week notice is required to book a 40-ft or 60-ft bus.

A 3-week notice and routing approval are required to book a double-decker bus.
