Veterans’ Week

Tuesday, November 5 to Monday, November 11

Veterans can ride transit for free (OC Transpo, Para Transpo, and STO)! Just wear your medals and/or uniform.

You can even bring your companions!

Use the Video-chat function at ticket machines to get through the gates at O-Train stations.

It is our honour to recognize your valour. It's our small gesture of thanks for the overwhelming sacrifice veterans made on behalf of all Canadians.

New ways to bus are coming to Ottawa!

Frequent. Local. Connected.

OC Transpo’s new bus network will focus on frequency, local service in your neighbourhood, and connections to O-Train Lines 1 and 2 and key destinations.

New Ways to Bus is about responding to changes in customers’ travel needs and ridership levels. It will significantly change OC Transpo’s bus network and is a big step towards meeting our service reliability target of 99.5 per cent.
