As part of the O-Train East Extension project, traffic on the OR 174 westbound from east of Champlain Street to west of Orléans Boulevard will continue to operate with two general traffic lanes due to additional construction activities.
Effective June 2023 until Fall 2023.
From November 1st, 2022, until fall 2023, The O-Train Extension team will undertake significant construction activities on the O-Train West extension in preparation for future tracks and stations.
Highway 417 westbound off-ramp to Pinecrest will be closed to safely complete construction of the future O-Train Extension that will run along the existing Transitway corridor.

As part of the O-Train Extension project, Richardson Avenue will be closed to vehicles between Richmond Road and Byron Avenue.
Effective September 11th, 2022, until November 19th, 2023.
As part of the O-Train Extension project, Richmond Road will be closed to vehicles travelling westbound between New Orchard Avenue to McEwen Avenue. Vehicles will be detoured along Ambleside Drive.
Effective September 11th, 2023, until the end of 2023
A new pedestrian bridge was installed on July 31st, 2023, across the Highway 417. The bridge is designed to enhance neighbourhood connectivity and offer you direct access to Queensview Station.
