You’re invited to Para Transpo Talk!

We had a great time talking to customers during our October Para Transpo Talk events!

We’re back with another Para Transpo Talk event series on November 19, 24, 25 and 27.

Para Transpo Talk is a series of customer engagement events that are open to all Para Transpo customers, their families, companions and support persons. Everyone is welcome, no matter how often you use Para Transpo. Para Transpo Talk events will be held throughout the year.

We’ll be travelling to a variety of locations across the city to make it easy for everyone to attend. There is no need to register in advance, just drop in!

Tuesday, November 19
4 pm – 7 pm

Carlingwood mall (community space)

Sunday, November 24
10 am – 4 pm

Billings Bridge mall (second floor, near station entrance)

Monday, November 25
10 am – 3 pm

Mary Pitt Centre, 100 Constellation Cres.
(in the hallway near the Tim Horton’s) 

Wednesday, November 27
10 am – 3  pm

Bob MacQuarrie Recreation Complex, 1490 Youville Drive (near the administration office)

What will we talk about?

At the November events, we’ll bring laptops to help you get set up with My Para Transpo and answer any questions you have about the service. My Para Transpo is an online tool that lets you book, cancel and track your trips without needing to call.

Staff will also be available to answer any other questions about Para Transpo service. You’ll be able to speak with them directly to share your questions, concerns and comments.
