You’re invited to Para Transpo Talk!
We’re excited to introduce a new, more accessible way for Para Transpo customers to share their feedback and ask questions.
Starting this October, you’re invited to participate in Para Transpo Talk.
Para Transpo Talk is a series of customer engagement events that are open to all Para Transpo customers. There is no application form required. Everyone is welcome, no matter how often you use Para Transpo.
When and where will it take place?
Para Transpo Talk will be hosted every two months virtually or in-person, depending on the season. In good weather, in-person events will be held in easily accessible locations in Ottawa.
Join us for the first Para Transpo Talk event from October 21 to 24!
We’ll be travelling to a variety of locations across the city to make it easy for everyone to attend.

What will we talk about?
At the October events, we’ll bring our 6-metre pilot minibus. Join us for the chance to check out the vehicle and ask your questions.
OC Transpo and Para Transpo staff will be available at Para Transpo Talk to provide updates about Para Transpo service and initiatives. You’ll be able to speak with them directly to share your questions, concerns and comments.
