Real-time data improvements: Cancelled trips

We’ve been working on improving the information shown in our trip planning tools. Over the last few months, we’ve been updating the data used by transit information screens (TIS) found at stations and our 560560 text service.

Now, when you text 560560, you’ll see cancelled trips shown with the word “cancelled” in brackets.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be gradually updating our TIS to show cancelled trips as well. We’ll be updating a few at a time to make sure they are working properly. Cancelled trips will be shown crossed out.
