November 10 - Highway 174 Eastbound On-ramp at Montreal Road - Ramp Closure
As part of the Stage 2 O-Train Light Rail Transit (LRT) project, motorists travelling eastbound on Montreal Road at the Highway 174 interchange should anticipate impacts to traffic as crews complete necessary construction activities.
What:
The Highway 174 eastbound on-ramp from Montreal Road will be closed.
When:
Friday, November 10 between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Why:
Paving work.
Where:
Highway 174 at Montreal Road.
The construction work outlined in this notice is subject to change. Work may be delayed or extended due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Detour
Motorists that wish to travel eastbound on Highway 174 should continue travelling eastbound on Montreal Road/St. Joseph Boulevard. They will turn left at Jeanne d’Arc Boulevard and use the Jeanne d’Arc Boulevard interchange to connect to Highway 174 eastbound.
Motorists should adhere to detours, traffic control signage, posted speed limits, allow for added travel time and use extra caution when moving through active construction corridors as traffic patterns change.
