Montreal Rd. at Hwy 174 — Lane Reconfiguration - Aug. 15–16
As part of the Stage 2 O-Train Light Rail Transit (LRT) project, motorists travelling on Montreal Road at the Highway 174 interchange should anticipate impacts to traffic as crews complete necessary construction activities.
What:
The westbound lanes of Montreal Road at the Highway 174 interchange will be closed, and traffic will be temporarily shifted to the eastbound lanes. One lane of traffic will remain open in both directions.
When:
Thursday, August 15 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:0o p.m. and Friday, August 16 from 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Why:
Concrete barrier construction.
Where:
Montreal Road at the Highway 174 interchange.
The construction work outlined in this notice is subject to change. Work may be delayed or extended due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Motorists should adhere to detours, traffic control signage, posted speed limits, allow for added travel time and use extra caution when moving through active construction corridors as traffic patterns change.
