Lost & Found: New location, new online tool – starting Dec 2
We’re making some changes to our Lost and Found to serve you better.
On December 2, OC Transpo’s Lost and Found will be open in a convenient location right inside St-Laurent Station!
We’re also introducing an online tool to streamline the process when you’ve lost an item.
How does the online tool work?
As of December 2, if you’ve lost an item on the bus, O-Train or in a station, you can visit our Lost and Found page to submit a description of your lost item.
Be as descriptive as you can using the prompts on the online form. Our staff will crosscheck found items with your description and contact you when the item turns up.
If you need assistance submitting your item, or don’t have internet access, you can call OC Transpo Customer Service at 613-560-5000 and select option 6, dedicated to Lost and Found.
Why is the Lost & Found moving?
Since around 2000, OC Transpo’s Lost and Found has operated out of Heartwood House, a community enterprise that supports various non-profit initiatives.
We’re grateful for their partnership over the years and will continue to support them by donating all unclaimed items to their annual unclaimed items sale.
What these changes mean for you:
Better access
The Lost & Found office will be located directly on O-Train Line 1 and major bus routes.
Easy to use
The online tool has a simple, intuitive layout and 3-step process.
Accessible anywhere
The online tool is optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop, so you can report items anytime, anywhere.
Convenient support
Once an item is found, the Lost and Found center staff will be on hand to ensure a smooth and easy retrieval process.
