With the cold weather, we've moved Para Transpo Talk online this month. Join us virtually for Para Transpo Talk on February 12 and 13!
Everyone is welcome, no matter how often you use Para Transpo. No registration is required, simply click the buttons below.
When and where?
Join us for two virtual sessions on Zoom at the scheduled times.

Submit your questions in advance to parlons_paratranspo_talk@ottawa.ca by February 10. We'll respond to reviewed questions by email and address chat questions at the end of each meeting, as time permits.
What will we talk about?
These sessions will focus on:
- December service challenges
- New minibuses
- Para Transpo customer service hours of operation
- O-Payment readers
During the meeting, participants will be muted with cameras off, and we’ll keep an eye on the chat. Sign language interpretation will be available in both English and French. Presentations will be bilingual.
