As part of the Stage 2 O-Train Light Rail Transit (LRT) project, motorists travelling westbound on Highway 417 at Pinecrest Road should anticipate impacts to traffic as crews complete necessary construction activities.

What:     
Overnight closure of the Highway 417 westbound off-ramp at Pinecrest Road. Please note the Highway 417 westbound on-ramp from northbound Pinecrest Road remains closed.

When:    
Tuesday, October 29 and Wednesday, October 30, nightly from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

Why:      
Structural testing of the off-ramp pavement.

Where:   
Highway 417 at Pinecrest Road.

Anticipated Impacts
Motorists should adhere to detours, traffic control signage, posted speed limits, allow for added travel time and use extra caution when moving through active construction corridors as traffic patterns change.

Pedestrians and cyclists should use extra caution and adhere to posted signage when localized detours are in-place, to ensure safety.

The safety of the public and workers is paramount, and we thank you for your patience during construction.
