Access pass: Call to apply or renew
New applications and renewals for the Access pass discount fare are now accepted over the telephone.
Call us at 613-560-5000 to apply or renew your Access pass discount. Before you call, please have this information on-hand to help us quickly process your application:
- Para Transpo ID number
- Your registered Presto card number

Did you know? We have seats for persons with mobility issues, require assistive devices (wheelchairs, scooters, walkers, canes), or have small children or open strollers.
Any passenger needing assistance can always ask the driver.

Line 2 closing for O‑Train expansion
O-Train Line 2 is closing in preparation for Stage 2. The last day of O-Train service on Line 2 is Saturday May 2.
Starting on Sunday May 3:
- Line 2 bus service will serve bus stops at or near all Line 2 stations
- Most Line 2 stations will be closed, except for Bayview and Greenboro
- Ticket machines, information telephones, and emergency call boxes will be available at Bayview and Greenboro
Seniors ride no charge on Sundays and Wednesdays
Seniors 65+ can ride no charge on OC Transpo buses and the O-Train on Wednesdays and Sundays. At an O-Train Station, you must use a Presto card set with the senior discount to go through the fare gates.
If you take the bus on these days, do not tap onto the onboard readers.
