The new bus tickets (effective July 1, 2009) are yellow with black and orange text, and have a face value of $1.15 each.

Starting July 1, 2009, orange 95¢ tickets and green $1 tickets will expire and no longer be accepted on the bus.

Pink 2009 tickets will continue to be accepted until December 31, 2009.

Use up your old tickets before they expire or exchange them at an OC Transpo Sales Centre for their face value toward the purchase of new yellow tickets or a pass. However, they are not redeemable for cash. Old tickets can be exchanged any time, before or after July 1, 2009.

Remember, when you pay your fare with a combination of tickets and cash, tickets are only worth their face value.
