Accessible Routes

Most regular "black" routes
use fully-accessible low floor buses.

However, during rush-hours or due to other circumstances, regular high-floor buses may be assigned to these routes from time-to time.

Low-Floor trips are identified in Bus Stop Schedules and the Travel Planner.

You can also call 613-560-1000 to confirm that your trip will have a low-floor bus.

Over 70% of our bus fleet is now fully-accessible.
