If you have an invisible disability that makes it difficult for you to stand in a moving transit vehicle, you can obtain a Priority Seating ID Card at no charge, that identifies you as being eligible for priority seating. Priority seats are designated on every OC Transpo bus for us by anyone who has difficulty standing in or walking to the back of the bus. Priority Seating cards
are recognized and accepted on the

Service animals are welcome on board all OC Transpo vehicles, provided they are trained by a recognized school for service as a guide dog for the blind, visually impaired, deaf or hearing impaired, or a special skills dog for other persons with disabilities, and are trained by and registered with a recognized organization.
The
animal must be on a leash or harness, under the handler’s supervision and control, and should not block the aisle.
Customers
with Guide dogs, can use their one-piece Attorney-General of Ontario Guide
Dog photo ID card as a transit pass. It is accepted as full fare on all
routes. The card is not accepted on STO. |

This card provides information about your transit destination and is an aid for the customer and the operator. Give it to the operator when you board the bus. The operator will announce your destination when it is reached and return your card. The card is free. |
This card contains valuable information about the customer, such as name, address, emergency contact, medical condition etc., in the event they are unable to communicate in an emergency. It is usually carried with a bus pass. The card is free. |
