Stations:
The curb lanes in the stations
will be closed for repairs to the concrete roadway. Eastbound and westbound
stops will be relocated at each station. The temporary stops will be located
further on the platforms of the stops allowing for buses to pick up and drop
off.
October 5 until December 1
Transitway between Bayview and Tunney`s Pasture Stations: Construction
activity will impact the Transitway between Bayview Station and Tunney`s
Pasture Station as part of the West Transitway Rehabilitation Program. The
work will be done on the north wall of the westbound Transitway between the
two stations. Lane dilations and reduced speed in the construction zone will
be in order for the duration of the work.

The curb lane / eastbound at Tunney`s Pasture Station will be closed for repairs to the concrete roadway. The eastbound 2A stop will be relocated further east on the platform. The westbound stops 1A & 1B will also be impacted as a temporary bus stop will be in operation for the duration of the work on the westbound lanes.

transit operations due to the West End Regulator Chamber Upgrades project.
The northbound Booth St curb lane between Albert St and the Transitway will
be partially closed.

Route 105 Terrasses de la Chaudiere: Regular route to
Transitway east, right on Albert and right Booth to the regular route.

Viewmount Drive will be closed from Meadowlands Drive to Norice
Street as part of the major road reconstruction project on
Viewmount Drive.
Westbound: Travels on Viewmount Drive, left on Norice
Street, right on Sullivan Ave. and left on Meadowlands Drive to the regular
route.
Eastbound: Travels on Meadowlands Drive, right on Sullivan
Street, left on Norice Street and right on Viewmount Drive to the regular
route.
Notices will be placed at the bus stops affected directing passengers to
alternative bus stops.
September 7 until
late fall 2009
The Riverview Park & Ride lot will
not be completed for September 2009 but is expected to open in the late fall
of 2009. Affected routes will be on detour to start/end at the Riverside
South Plaza until the Riverview Park & Ride is completed, except for route
189 S/B and route 245 Riverside S.
Route 99:
Northbound: Busses will depart from the Plaza at Riverside South,
continue roadway, left River Road, left Earl Armstrong Road, left Spratt
Road to follow the regular routing to downtown.
Southbound: Busses will follow the regular routing to
Spratt Road at Earl Armstrong Road, right Earl Armstrong Road, right roadway
into the Riverside South Plaza.
Route 145 loop:
Busses will depart from the Plaza at Riverside South, continue
roadway, left River Road, left Earl Armstrong Road, left Spratt Road to
follow the regular routing to Canyon Walk Dr at Earl Armstrong Road, right
Earl Armstrong Road, right roadway into the Riverside South Plaza.
Route 189:
Northbound: Busses will depart from the Plaza at Riverside South,
right River Road to follow the regular routing.
Southbound: Regular route to River Road at Earl Armstrong
Road, left on Earl Armstrong Road, continue past roadway to Riverside South
Plaza to follow the regular routing to downtown as Route 99.
Route 245:
Riverside South: Regular route to River Road at Earl Armstrong
Road, right Earl Armstrong Road, continue past roadway to Riverside South
Plaza to follow the regular routing to downtown as Route 99.
Manotick: Busses will depart from the Plaza at Riverside
South, left River Road, continue River Road past Earl Armstrong Road to
follow the regular routing.
Riverview Park & Ride Phase 1 is anticipated to be open
by early December. There will be one bus stop at the Park & Ride which will
be located at the west end with a temporary shelter.
Route 99:
Northbound: Buses will depart from service stop at Riverview
Station, continue on the roadway, right on Earl Armstrong and left on Spratt
to follow the regular routing to downtown.
Southbound: Buses will follow the regular routing to Spratt
at Earl Armstrong, right on Earl Armstrong, left on first entrance to
Riverview Station and then continue on the roadway to service stop.
Route 145:
Will continue to service the Riveside South Plaza as it does
today and will service the Park & Ride at a stop located along Earl
Armstrong Rd.
Route 189:
Northbound: Buses will depart from service stop at Riverview
Station, left on Earl Armstrong and right on River Road to follow the
regular routing.
Southbound: The regular route to River Road at Earl
Armstrong, left on Earl Armstrong, right on second entrance to Riverview
Station and then continue on the roadway to service stop.
Route 245:
To Riverside South: The regular route to River Road at Earl
Armstrong, right on Earl Armstrong, right on second entrance to Riverview
Station and then continue on the roadway to service stop.
To Manotick: Buses will depart from service stop at
Riverview Station, continue roadway, left on Earl Armstrong and left on
River Road to follow the regular routing.

Note: Route 186 is still on detour on Manotick Island and
Rideau Valley Drive.
Friday Shoppers Bus to Carlingwood: Travels regular route
on Maple Ave, left on Scharfield Road, right on Beaverwood Road, left on
Doctor Leach Drive, left on to Hyfield Place Seniors residence and loop
around, right on Doctor Leach Drive, right on Beaverwood Road, left on
Scharfield Road and right on Maple Ave to the regular route.
Friday Shoppers Bus to North Gower: Travels regular route
on Maple Ave, left on Scharfield Road, right on Beaverwood Road, left on
